Mr. Abraham brings over 25 years of educational experience to Umtata High School, with a passion for fostering academic excellence and character development in every student.

Mr. Abrahams has always dreamed of transforming the school into a modern, 4IR-ready institution with online accessibility. When he began his journey as principal, he expressed optimism about improving mathematics and science performance among learners, along with strengthening teachers’ confidence. Under his leadership, the school introduced support and development opportunities for its own mathematics teachers, focusing on collaboration, professional growth, and innovative teaching practices.

Under his guidance, Umtata High School has achieved good examination results and expanded its co-curriculum to include innovative STEM programs and cultural exchanges.
