- Certified copy of the term 4 2025(Grade 6) report
- Certified copy of the term 1 2026(Grade 7) report
Personal Documents
- Birth certificate [Internatinal Learners: passport or permit reference number/refugee status
- Proof of residence

- Certified ID copy and legal proof incase of gaurdianship.
