Umtata High School grade 8 -2024 online applications are open from the 12^st of June 2023 to the 28^th of July 2023.

Umtata High School would like to inform all prospective learners, parents and guardians to apply Online.

Before commencing online your application procedure, please make sure that,

• You have a valid GMAIL email address.  This will be used to confirm your application and communicate the status of your application.
• South African applicants need to provide a 13 digit identification number
• International students will provide passport number and permit reference number/Refuge Status
• Two (2) passport size photographs of your child – taken in the current year
• Certified copy of unabridged birth certificate
• Term 4 – 2022 School Report
• Term 2 – 2023 School Report
• Certified copy of mother and fathers/ legal guardian’s ID.  In the case of legal guardianship, proof should be attached
• Certified copy of ID for person responsible for paying school fee
• Proof of residence for parents
• The N0N-REFUNDABLE administration fee is R100.00 applicant which is to be deposited into the school bank account before completing and submitting the form:
